With this service, your key is securely managed and an inspection is carried out in and around your house both proactively when I am in the area, but at least once a month. If there are weather conditions such as heavy rainfall and/or a storm, I will carry out an extra inspection.

When you or your guests enter, the house and terrace are neatly tidy. The sanitary facilities are clean and all areas in the house are fresh and airy. I will make an inspection report of the inspection including photos and a video of your home. These will be sent to you once the inspection round has been completed. 

With this service your key is in good hands. This service can be extended with a meet and greet with your guests and/or a light cleaning before you or your guests arrive. Your house is then dust-free, the shutters are up, the beds are made and the garden furniture is clean. You can expand this service completely according to your wishes.

I can do the cleaning for you. I do this myself or with reliable partners. You can opt for full cleaning when you or your guests leave the house after a slightly longer stay or you can opt for a light cleaning when you or your guests arrive. A combination of both is also possible. The price for cleaning your house depends on the size of the house and the number of rooms. I would be happy to come and view your house so that I can agree on the service and a price with you on that basis.

If you are on holiday in your house, you want to enjoy the holiday and not have to worry about the maintenance of your house. I can arrange maintenance for you. This can be requested per time, but you can also purchase the service that I arrange this for you every year. The service means that I make the appointment with the supplier and that I am present on location when the supplier comes to carry out the maintenance.

Any additional costs incurred by the supplier for maintenance and/or repair will be discussed with you first.
